Dr. Christal L. Eason-Fenderson, LMCSW, QMHP, SATS
“I exist to heal, restore, and awaken authentic identity and purpose by integrating faith, psychology, and transformational leadership—guiding others from survival into wholeness and sacred calling.”
I believe wholeness is not a luxury—it is the foundation of sustainable leadership and meaningful life.
I commit to creating spaces—professional, personal, and sacred—where truth is spoken with compassion, healing is integrated with accountability, and growth is both humane and measurable.
Dr. Christal L. Eason-Fenderson’s work was shaped over decades of listening, leading, healing, and walking alongside people in their most vulnerable moments. With more than 30 years of clinical and mental health experience, her journey has been grounded in one consistent calling: to help people move from survival to wholeness.
For over 25 years, Dr. Christal has served as a mental health therapist, supporting individuals and families as they navigated trauma, grief, burnout, and identity loss. Along the way, she recognized that healing rarely happens in isolation. Emotional health, spiritual truth, leadership, and purpose are deeply interconnected—and when addressed together, lasting transformation becomes possible.
With 25 years of professional and ministry leadership, Dr. Christal has served in marriage ministry, women’s leadership, youth development, evangelism, and mental health advocacy within faith communities. She has taught prayer and discipleship classes, hosted parenting conferences, mentored teenage girls in self-esteem and life skills, and contributed to panels on mental health and grief.
For the past 15 years, Dr. Christal has also worked as a professional corporate trainer, bringing trauma-informed and emotionally intelligent leadership strategies into workplace environments. She is known for translating complex emotional and behavioral concepts into practical tools that strengthen teams, restore trust, and build healthy cultures.
Today, Dr. Christal L. Eason-Fenderson is a speaker, preacher, author, and conference and retreat facilitator. Anchored by her PhD in Christian Counseling, she bridges clinical excellence with spiritual depth—meeting people at the intersection of faith, healing, and leadership. Her message is lived, not learned: healing is possible, identity can be restored, and purpose is always worth pursuing.
